It was my great pleasure to work with Stacy. My house wasn't sold for over 1 year. Believe it or not, it was sold in a few hours right after Stacy's staging. Everyone that came to see the house (after we accepted an offer) complimented her taste and style. then I received several good offers after accepting the 1st offer.
She arranged to move the furniture seamlessly. I just gave her a PIN for the door, then everything was set within 1 day. She listened to my feedback from previous showings before starting the work. In addition, she paid attention to the details. She even changed the kitchen sink strainer to a shining, polished one. She did what she said. In the end, Stacy promptly followed up with me for the closing date to make sure everything was on the right track... Stacy left the house clean and undamaged.
Overall, Stacy really knows about Staging and has a kind heart. If you are struggling to sell your home, don't waste time anymore. Go straight to Stacy before you lower your asking price. I will definitely use her service for other properties in the future. Now I recommend her to all of my clients. Even my 6-year-old daughter suggests I bring her to my current home for Interior Design- LOL. Stacy, you got the talent!
